Infinity Systems  is an American manufacturer of loudspeakers founded in 1968 , in LA, California,  now  headquartered in Stamford, Connecticut.

Infinity produces quite a range of audio systems, for cars, marine & home (like home surround & in-wall speakers).
Infinity car audio has been factory-installed optionally  on some Hyundai, Kia,  Mitsubishi vehicles from the 1990s to 2006, and many Chrysler vehicles.

The car audio applications include mainly speakers, powered subwoofers & car audio amplifiers.

Infinity is well-known for its pioneering technology, which started by employing innovative materials such as neodymium magnets, mylar diaphragms, and polypropylene cones.

The RS & IRS lines were designed to supplant the high-end RS models. The flagship was the massive IRS V, at 1,400 pounds and seven feet tall, one of the largest consumer speakers made.

Since 1983, Infinity has been part of Harman International Industries, which became a subsidiary of Samsung Electronics in 2017.
